I went to bed at 11pm and I woke up at 1 am and I am still awake. YEE-HA!! I was tired them I got a second wind. I did my yoga and 20 min of circuit training with weights (very fast paced). We'll see if I can move tomorrow :) Now if my back would chill out I'd be vary happy. emoticon
