I have a new goal to take 2 classes at the JCC each week. Today I participated in the Swim class.
Thursday I will take either a swim class or a Zumba class. I am not sure which one. They are at the same time.
My second goal is to lose 10 more pounds and when I do I will reward myself with a new gym bag. The JCC has a nice one for 20.00 or a slightly larger one for 30.00. My bag has a bad zipper and I need a replacement.
I am currently 175 and have not been able to budge much from this weight for the past two weeks.
That is okay I am not worried. I know that I will keep eating better and keep active.
Goal number three, carry a small notebook and keep track of what I eat. When I am at work I forget what I eat when I get home and can not properly track my foods eaten.
