No more day count - that's boring

Tuesday, October 08, 2013

Besides I think I screwed it up somewhere. :)

Today is a cheat day. I skipped breakfast because I wasn't feeling so good this morning and for lunch we went to Steak n Shake. So the day is not a total loss I'll snack on lean proteins and veggies for the rest of the day and have a big bunch of veggies for dinner tonight.

I didn't plan my meal and that was a mistake because I gave myself permission to eat badly when I did that. I didn't order a shake and that goes in the "win" column.

Tomorrow's another day.

Hey Deanne that just might work. :) I couldn't stomach KFC mashed potatoes after I had my daughter because it was the only thing I could keep down for a couple of months there during my pregnancy.

I got over the shakes at Steak n Shake after I had some dental surgery and the dentist told me not to eat solid foods for a while. Honestly, after a couple of those (the first one was a treat), I really didn't want any more. Sometimes I think maybe I should try eating nothing but chocolate all day long for a week or so, then maybe I would get it out of my system???

We all slip up sometimes, and you know what the right choices are. Hang in there, Mary.
