Besides I think I screwed it up somewhere. :)
Today is a cheat day. I skipped breakfast because I wasn't feeling so good this morning and for lunch we went to Steak n Shake. So the day is not a total loss I'll snack on lean proteins and veggies for the rest of the day and have a big bunch of veggies for dinner tonight.
I didn't plan my meal and that was a mistake because I gave myself permission to eat badly when I did that. I didn't order a shake and that goes in the "win" column.
Tomorrow's another day.
