It's been almost a week since my
and I'm happy to report that I've been able to keep
the focus on my health plan despite the busy-ness
of the past week.
I've had two no- or below-energy days and I'm relatively
certain the low energy was due to low caloric intake
the day before.
I love that the nutritional tracker and reports make
it so easy to see the cause and effect impacts of the
dietary ups and downs from day to day.
Today I'm playing catch up and hope to get some stuff
done that I've been wanting to for a long time.
One of my big projects is to recover the cushion pads
on my favorite platform rocking chair. The original
cushions are blue (a decor from years ago!) and I want
to recover it with some camo material I already have.
I hope you're off to a successful start this week.
Keep in mind - no amount of house repair
will fix a flawed foundation.
