The following is a list of my daily actions to ensure a healthy day both physically and emotionally:
1. Go to bed by 9pm every night.
2. Drink water (no goal set amount, just make a point to drink some)
3. Track my meals with the food tracker on Sparkpeople
4. Take a few minutes every day to meditate by myself (even if it's while sitting in the car since that may be the only time I am alone).
5. Practice intentionally feeling good and happy.
