I thought keeping a blog would be a nice way to write down how i am feeling. Over this last year I have started trying to get into a healthy lifestyle many times and kept giving up. I dont know why it has been so haard for me to do this I have done this before losing 30 pounds in a nice amount of time but I ithen got pregnant and gained alot of weight. After i had my daughter i lost most of the weight but had also lost muscle as well. Over the summer I gained some weight as well but now is the time for me to succeed and see this through. I would like to lose close to 40 pounds by februaury/ early march of next year. I think that is a realistic goal and cant wait to see how I like by then.
