So little by little I am making changes. Not eating carbs at night but replacing with some protein. Today is the 1st day I didn't buy a McD Latte but made my own at work using creamer with only 15 calories vs the 100 calories. :)
Our bible study last week was about the KINGS food compared to MANS food. Interesting week to say the least! :) KINGS food is back to basics (non refined, unaltered, etc) while MANS food is altered in any fashion. The only thing that I have heard before was IF IT'S WHITE DON'T BITE! LOL White flour, white bread, pastas, crackers (my current downfall food), etc. Also I think my other downfall is the McDs latte - since I have been drinking SO much of it my body WANTS it and prob why the water tastes YUCKY! hehe Need to TRAIN your body into accepting the water once again.
Yesterday I attended my Joint Camp class for my upcoming knee replacement and they wanted everyone to increase their water intake - when you go to the bathroom, take a drink; when you walk into the kitchen, take a drink; when you change the channel, take a drink; etc. LOL So today....I have been TRYING that. Water still is tasting yucky.
