Days 11-15 Organizing my life

Hey emoticon

Since my last post things have been hectic for me. Currently I'm preparing to move at the 1st of the month so I'm in the midst of cleaning, packing, shopping for furniture, and preparing for my yard sale of items I no longer need. emoticon

As far as my healthy I'm still fighting my eating disorder. I did not accomplish my goal of 1 day clean eating, but I have reset that goal and I will achieve my goal this week. I have skipped work out due to my crazy schedule of working and preparing to move, but my water intake is good and I'm fitting in some strength work outs that may be 5 to 10min but at least I'm doing some type of fitness.

New goals for this week

5 session of 30min cardio
1 day clean eating
8 cups of water daily

    You have a really busy schedule right now but you can do it! Like you said, at least you are doing something and when things slow down, you can do more!

    Perhaps you might want to focus on just getting in 10 minutes a day of cardio for now, since you're in the middle of a move. There is an Official 10-Minute Daily Exercise Streak Challenge Team here on SparkPeople. I just joined within the last couple of weeks. Typically, I usually do more than the 10 minutes, but when things are crazy and I'm tempted to use that as an excuse not to exercise, I remember to just commit to 10 minutes. Stop by the team page and see if it's something you'd be interested in.

    Remember... carrying boxes and heavy cleaning are workouts, too! As long as you're honest about the time and effort being put in, why not use what you have to do already to get your goals accomplished?

    Besides, it could help your packing/cleaning, too, if you schedule 15 minutes of intense cleaning for every hour of work! Be creative to achieve your goals, a workout isn't just with weights or taking a walk!
