I weighed in yesterday & was down 2.6 pounds!!
I thought the scale would be
because being furloughed had me down last week & I honestly didn't eat the best. However, I did go to the gym 3 days a week but I am happy that I did go workout. Today I go meet with my personal trainer.
I really like my personal trainer Jerome. I at first wanted a female trainer but she wasn't as qualified as Jerome, so instead I think he will help me get to my weight loss goals. He is also a certified nutritionist, so he has a lot of knowledge. He's also an ex-marine. My workout with him was really good. So, I know he won't be too happy with my food journal from last week b/c some things were a NO, NO but got to be honest..LOL..
I worked out yesterday & my eating was okay. I'm trying to make sure I don't bored eat.
