Hello, my name is Corinne & I think I may have a fitness addiction!!
When I started this weight loss journey in March of 2012, I was walking 20 mins on my lunch sporadically. I didn't have a set day & if something at lunch came up, oh well, no walk. I would also hit the gym & do the 30 min circuit room, when I felt like it. Sometimes twice a week, sometimes once. Never did I get outside after dinner and do anything.
NOW.... I refuse to do any errands on my lunch. I MUST WALK.
I feel like if I go run an errand at lunch, I will cheat myself out of a good workout. I usually go grab a salad from somewhere on Fridays, why I dont know, but I did. This last Friday, I said nope! I wouldnt have had time to walk if I did that. I now walk almost every night with my kiddo and this morning....I got up at 5am to do a 30 min cardio workout!
My husband couldn't believe I got out of bed early. Neither could I for that matter...but it was so worth it! Hopefully, I can convince myself to get up early everyday.
I even do squats & wall push ups everytime I go the bathroom while I am at work. UM...I may have a slight addiction! But it's a good one!
