Day 1

First step is fixing my gym membership and doing 30 mins to an hour of working out. I am not even remotely exited but at least I am taking the first step. So step 1. I am going to literately close my eyes and picture myself taking the first step up a really steep climb. This is going to suck. I am looking forward to a point when I enjoy working out

    The first step is usually the hardest, before long you will accept it as something you have to do to get healthier, then you will slowly start to enjoy. It might even start to become your fix - that high that you get after a really good workout. But believe me, you will never regret a workout!

    Good for you! You have your goal started by 'looking' at it. I'm not fussy about working out but I do it.
