Week 2 Of the Biggest Looser Challenge has ended.

My struggles this week was the 5k and the 500 step ups, with punches. I did them but again not easy for me, still have to stop and rest. I'm waiting for the day I can say not bad and push myself a bit more.

Dinner and The Feast of St. Francis With Blessing of the Animals went well for me food wise. Wit an added dinner out with the family that I wasn't countering on. I stay within calories.

I did well on the OZ Challenge point wise buy my carb counts were out of control.

My sneak peak didn't have me dancing, I think because of the high carbs and too much sugar from all the fruits

I'm a little frustrated because I am going to be out all day tomorrow (going to Atlantic City with my church) and it's Last Chance Workout Day.

My plan for week 3 is to get my carb count back within range and do as much exercise as I can.

    Where DID this month go? With all the bustle you've written about, were you able to press forward with some exercise? A little here, a little there...

    Maybe you can find some stairs to take while you are with church group? I know I walked for 7 minutes before Sunday school, doing the building, going down and back up staircases this Sunday to add exercise. It was cold in the building so I really wanted to warm myself up, did not bring a jacket! I huffed and puffed the stairs and did one four times just to do it. None here, or not many so had to make do while in town.

I bet you will be more focused next week now that you had a few things that didn't go so well. You can do it!

    Sometimes we have these challenging periods. Just do you best and get back on plan as soon as possible. I hope this week is better.

    Sorry to read its not been a great week for you Bella, you have a great plan for the week ahead, don't be too disheartened by the scales if you don't do as well as you'd hoped tomorrow. Stay strong, you can do this!!

    Sounds like you have had some great success there!!

1- You worked out and you know your limitations (for now) but you did it!! KUDOS!!
2.- You realized your carb count is high. Knowing is half the battle.

As for LCW- Atlantic City baby!! If you can, why don't you add up those steps emoticon
