Week 2 Of the Biggest Looser Challenge has ended.
My struggles this week was the 5k and the 500 step ups, with punches. I did them but again not easy for me, still have to stop and rest. I'm waiting for the day I can say not bad and push myself a bit more.
Dinner and The Feast of St. Francis With Blessing of the Animals went well for me food wise. Wit an added dinner out with the family that I wasn't countering on. I stay within calories.
I did well on the OZ Challenge point wise buy my carb counts were out of control.
My sneak peak didn't have me dancing, I think because of the high carbs and too much sugar from all the fruits
I'm a little frustrated because I am going to be out all day tomorrow (going to Atlantic City with my church) and it's Last Chance Workout Day.
My plan for week 3 is to get my carb count back within range and do as much exercise as I can.
