The hardest health habit I've had to face is staying away from junk food. My complete weekness are Oreo cookies and flaming hot chips. I can do great throughout the day but, as soon as I come home I need to have either or of the foods I mentioned. I don't understand why I crave these junk foods so much. I am really trying to bring down my intake but I just keep finding the reasons to why it's ok to eat them.
