I wish I made a better choice in the moment, when the cravings for bad snacks came on strong. Next time, I'm going to push through the thoughts and cravings and grab my water bottle and down a bunch of water. Also distract my mind even further by coming on SparkPeople.
My failure today
teaches me a lesson when it comes to giving in to the bad... because now I have to workout that much harder to burn those calories off to be able to reach my goal by December!
