Sunday I took a rest day.
Today I was a little frustrated when I weighed -- I was up again. It seems like I am going the wrong way! So, I decided that this week I was going to just have Atkins shakes for lunch to try and jumpstart a weight loss. Therefore, my calorie range will be lower for the week.
My daycare kids were picked up early, so I headed to the gym and did 30 min on the stationary bike, then 30 min strength routine. I also had done a couple of SP videos and worked on the 30 min the elliptical this morning. I am going to try to up my exercise too.

2. Elliptical - 30 min
3. Additional 30 min of exercise
4. Track EVERYTHING I eat
5. Stay within calorie range of 1400-1600
