Day 4 and I'm feeling amazing!
Yesterday was day 3. My sugar cravings at night are nearly gone, and last night they were satisfied by a couple of oranges. I did have 2 drinks with sugar in them, but they aren't exempt from this challenge. I am going to try and avoid them as well, though.
Today I haven't even had any drinks with sugar in them. Tonight I have a dinner at a friends place, and while I plan on declining dessert I may have some. I will decline if I don't feel like eating dessert, but if I want some I will have a little. We'll call it my 'cheat day' :)
Gym compliment - Today a man started talking to me at the gym. We were chatting about the weight that I lift, and he called me impressive.
