First week of work: DONE!
First day of getting down to the gym: DONE!
I had a friend join me and so I had absolutely no excuses to not get my butt down there and get it done. It was worth it. I knocked out about an hour of exercise. Trying my best to get a half an hour of both cardio and strength training. Man, did it feel good. I got one of my friends involved which makes me happier.
Now I'm just waiting for the finances to get a fitbit. If I was still at my other job I wouldn't think I would need it, however since the tables have turned and I really need to start being active other wise I won't get any fitness minutes, I think it will help a lot.
I'm pretty proud of myself right now. I said I was going to do it and I got it done. I can't wait to say goodbye to 217 and hello to the 200's. I think if I keep up this rate I can get down below 210 by the end of the month. If I get close I'll be happy with that too!
All of these things happening have been just the motivation I need to get back on track. I have a job that I like and the hours are much better along with the amount of stress. I'm passing my classes and my stomach and IBS flares have been at an all time low. Even though I have plenty of things worrying me, I can check those off my list.
