Today was pretty good. I met all of my goals except water. I was hoping to get in at least 10 more minutes of cardio today, but forgot I had piano lessons this afternoon. I did do the 30 day shred workout this morning before work though. I am a bit frustrated that I haven't really seen any results yet. I know it's only a week, but I had hoped for some change. I plan to give it another week and then analyze what I need to change.

Goals for tomorrow:
-64+ oz water
-5k+ run and skinny jeans challenge
-eat consciously and log food
-set daily goals/Spark
in bed by 10
