The wedding pressure that Im feeling is NOT for my own wedding, it is for family members. My dad is getting remarried in May next year and my baby cousin is getting married in Aug next year. Sooooooo I feel the pressure to be skinnier for these weddings. My dad is a very fit person and his fiancÚ is super super skinny. My sisters also are all very skinny and I mean like size 2 skinny! Now, don't get me wrong I have NO motivation to be that skinny however I also don't want to look like a whale next to them either. Which is very easy when you are standing next to a group of very skinny/fit people. My cousins as well are also tall and skinny so how do I go to these events and have family pictures done without looking enormous next to them besides hiding behind everyone in the photos?
Im still on exercise restrictions and Im trying trying to eat healthier. I of course have bad days but its also now fall time and all I want to do is bake and eat pumpkin everything and apple everything that's sweet and bad for me. Im nervous as well because winter in Wisconsin is pretty miserable and well I pretty much hibernate (bring on the extra pounds). How on earth can I prevent this and actually LOSE weight this winter when I cant workout the way I need to?
I don't want to be "that" girl in the family photos.
