Sniffling, but still going...

Monday, October 07, 2013

Whatever crud I have is annoying, but I am not too uncomfortable, so I am basically just trying to ignore it. I am taking it a little easier, but I am still getting in my 2 hours of exercise. The main side effect of being sick is that my appetite has disappeared. I had a hard time forcing myself to eat today. I did it, but it took some real effort. I knew I HAD to eat though or I would wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning once again and binge on whatever is easy. When I do that I pay no attention to nutrition or calories, I just eat whatever seems to strike my fancy... and in quantity.

Had to go for blood work again, plus drove my neighbor to her insurance company, and gave my niece a ride downtown. I don't know if I am driving mom to the wound clinic tomorrow or if my brother is doing it. I have to call him and find out. I am tired today, so probably going to bed early.
