Well, I did the soup thing and it seemed to work. The calories are on the low side of my tracker but I didn't get the huge results I was hoping for. I weigh daily, I need to for now cause its the only way I can see how bad I blew a day. So I was around 206 -207 for days, then I got one day at 199.8 and the next day at 206 and today's weigh in was my official weight at 204. I know fluctuations are common but come on, onederland to back to normal? WFT? But I will continue on this way so that trip back to onederland will be more permanent soon.
