I started off hitting the snooze button a few too many time and missed my morning workout, but once I got up I started with a healthy breakfast, and continue with a healthy lunch. Managed to get three walk breaks at work netting 3 total miles. I plan to keep the momentum going with a healthy dinner and another walk/jog on the treadmill. Tomorrow I am DETERMINED to NOT snooze and get up and start off with a good walk/jog. Thanks for stoping by and keep the faith!
