Today I saw my physical therapist and she said the mobility of my ankle is very good. She gave me stretching exercises to do with a band. Count of 20 for all 4, every day. I have to go two times a week for 4 weeks. It is what it is I guess. The next visit is on Friday. And I can wean myself off of my boot by wearing my lace up brace again and then just bring my boot in the car in case I think I need it.
