I feel bad.

The neighbor's dog attacked again. No serious injuries, but this is a very serious situation. There can't be a good resolution when people just won't be reasonable. My best hope is they'll move the dog to another home and I'll pray it won't become someone else's problem.

not good! call the animinal protective league! maybe the neighbors will get tired of getting a visitor! here, if he bites they are obligated to take the dog to see if it has rabies and the neighbors would have to pay to get it back!!!! emoticon

Oh no...this is not acceptable. I think it is time to explain to them that your options are getting very limited at this point and if they can't control their pet, you will have to make sure that you and yours are safe. NOT a comfortable thing to do, but do you have any other choices? Lola and you need to be able to live without being afraid of what might happen.
Good luck, and all my support! right!

Sorry you are having to deal with that, that is ridiculous. I don't tolerate aggressive animals very well. It's hard to imagine its owners don't realize the seriousness of this situation.

It is hard to move forward on something like this, but try to remember that it is their choices, not yours, that have brought it to this point.

I'm with everyone else. Animal Control and the Police need to be called. They were so helpful with our dog attack. It's tragic all the way around. Irresponsible people make me so mad.
So, so sorry for the trauma you have experienced!!!! It's not right. You deserve the freedom to potty your dog in safety!
I guess our experience has made me extra touchy about your situation!

Aurlie, I am so sorry for you and little Lola. We have dog patrol people over here and they follow up on complaints of all kinds. But we also have a policy that dogs are not allowed to run around off the leash so that they get into other people's properties.
Mind you lots do disregard this, but it works very well in the main.
This is serious if you cant take you furry out to pee.

Big hugs.

    I am so sorry to hear this. I hope you and your sweet little Lola are ok. Obviously the owner of the dog does not have control of their pet. That can be so scary! You have probably already done so, but, I would report the incident so it is documented & taken care of, and I would hope that officials would address the situation asap! emoticon emoticon So sorry you had to go through this again. Take care. {{{{Hugs}}}}

OMG! Aurlie! You can't put up with this! You didn't make an issue of it the first time, even though it was VERY serious, in my opinion. Please pull out all the stops now! Police! Animal Control! Even consult with a lawyer. Something MUST be done before this animal kills someone or something! I am so sad to hear this. Please keep us posted! Love to you and Lola..... emoticon

Wow that is scary. Be sure to log and photograph before it gets worse.
Records are always good to have!!!
I do hope the neighbor is doing something about it regardless if there were serious injuries or not.
More important I hope you are okay!

Can you call the police? At least you can get it on record. Sometimes they have to have more than one incident before they can begin the process to remove the dog. Hopefully it will happen before a child or innocent animal gets hurt or killed!
