I had used SparkPeople religiously. I then fell away for a bit, started using My Fitness Pal, and even got away from that. I allow the weekends to control my weight loss. I do fine until Friday-Sunday and come weigh in on Monday, I'm screwed! I have gained 10lbs since my lowest weight of 231.9. I cannot believe it! Today, I weighed in 1.8lbs lower than the weight I had gained back at 239.4. Sickening! But, I am taking charge again. I am going to post a monthly picture and try to see any differences! I have 39.4 to go until my goal. I will do this!
