Today, Monday, October 7, 2013: I pushed the emergency stop-the-world button this morning. When the alarm went off, I shut it off and slept for another hour. The stress in my life is affecting me physically as well as mentally and it's time to stop. So, I promised myself this morning that it will. I will take time today for me. I will do some of the little things that I have put off forever. I will organize my calendars. I will limit what I do each day. I will do a little more just for me each day. My October challenge...!
