Here is all my groceries I bought yesterday
- 14 bananas
- 7 Gala apples
- 7 Pears
- 3 grapefruit
- bag of grapes
- 2 containers of organic baby spanich
- Organic quinoa
I'll admit that I'm obsessed with fruit, I'll eat it all day long if I had the money. I've always have loved fruit since I was a little girl, but someone once told me that I can "overdose" on fructose, and eating a lot of it is "bad". Iv'e thought this way all my life - and maybe that's why Iv'e always struggled with my diet!
yesterday I was proven wrong from a diet called the 80/20/20 or also known as the high fruit diet. Basically the only thing you eat is fruit and veggies. Iv'e seen some people on YouTube that's been on this diet 8+ years and they look super healthy, fit, with glowing skin.
I'm not interested in an extreme diet such as the ALL fruit diet, but I'm not going to hold back on my fruit no more. Maybe this is what my body was wanting this whole time, because once I ate lots more fruit, I never craved processed foods. I didn't even need my coffee this morning, and I've been addicted to that since I was 18!
I would have totally bought more fruit if they were cheaper - but I think I got a pretty good amount for the week. If you are interested in the YouTube channels I mentioned, I'll link them below.
