I have been struggling all summer and now I have gained 10 pounds. I tell myself that I am not going back up but I find myself obsessing about food. I have got out of the exercising habit as I have plantar fasitis. I do bike ride but that will soon come to an end when the weather turns. So I am going to start focusing on weight training. My son is attending college and his weight lifting bench is just sitting there all alone. I also can start doing more floor exercises like pushups and anything that does not hurt my foot. I also will do more blogging and journal daily. I feel better already.
