One of my October challenges is to set a goal for October and post a blog telling about it. I am making small goals for the month of October, and I hope it is in reason. I want to lose 8 pounds in the next for weeks. I figure two pounds a week is a reasonable amount. I am getting back to tracking my food on a daily basis and this will help me to see where I'm over eating. I do know that my eating has been very bad lately and tracking will help to discipline me to sticking to portion sizes and making better choices.
I often eat without thinking and I just had this situation happen and since I am tracking the light bulb went on. I must be more mindful before sticking anything in my mouth! 3 candy corns... tracked!
