To the 21 day challenge I have been following:)
Feeling great! So much energy, feeling way less puffy:)
Let's look at some stats:
back squat: 95
bench press 55
overhead press 50
back squat: 125
bench press 70
overhead press 55
My shoulders are still my weakest area, but that squat impresses me a little:)
*Scale is way down. Feeling much better, clothes are looser.
*Smoothies have been satisfying my sweet tooth.
* I have noticed productivity during the day is way up. I look forward to each task that needs to be done. I have the energy to do it immediately. I am really hoping my sugar cravings are finally under control because they were out of control:)
