I'll be honest. I took a break for a while there from tracking my foods on the nutrition tracker because I wanted to see how well I would do on my own. Thankfully I maintained my weight so I know that I am not nearly as dependant as I once thought I was.
That said, I have been more active recently that before and I was worried I wasn't getting enough calories so I began tracking again. I was delighted to find a button that links my nutrition tracker to my fitness tracker in real time so my caloric intake is automatically adjusted based on my level of activity and calories burned! Very cool!!
And on a side note, after staying off it, getting new orthotics, and using Advil and a heating pad my knee is on the road to recovery and doing really well!
