Six Miles Run/Walk in my backyard

Well i have been sick and today was the first day back to my routine after taking a few days off to recoup i really listened to my body!!
Decided to get back and do my long today since this weeks training will emphasize prep for my 5k!!
Here is my views in my very own back yard i saw as i ran/walk today it was a gorgoeous day in the Portland Metro Area 70's and sunny!

bridge that i had to go over to get to the park i turned around at this was at about 2.5
I did pretty good time today considering i was out for a few days, i am pleased as my strides are getting longer holding 1/4 to 1/3 mile longer and am able to walk for a bit then get back into running so hoping this will help on Saturday 5K i really want to beat my time from the half-i still can't believed i walked that fast... so race day will be the day i see if can break 54:34 which was my best at Biggest Loser Race back in April 2013 so really going to push this week to do my best!!!
