Changes

Here are some changes that I have made recently. I am told that you should make small changes over time so you are not burned out. This was reinforced when I listened to Doctor Fuhrman who stated something to the effect of, “Make only changes you can stick with for life,” (not an exact quote).
An Interesting side note: here is that I have done this diet, well not perfectly, for two days and I already seen results. My blood pressure ran on average 130/90 and I took it today and without meds it was 117/77!

Large Salad once a day, Mmmm…

Carrots, Strawberries, Romaine Lettuce, spinach, Baby Carrots, Olives, Garlic and Oregano Seasoning, Salsa, Tomatoes, and Red Onions.

Romaine Lettuce, spinach, Red Onions, Olives, Garlic and Oregano Seasoning, Fresh Lime Juice for Dressing, and Avocado.

    I love salads and there are so many combinations you can add to change it up so it does not become boring.
