To I was out for a walk - had to get some finger plasters for my son [jammed his fingers in a ranchslicer], and I was approached by a lady offering a free wellness assessment and try of some herbal life products.
The herbal life shake, tea and aloe juice was ok - kind of felt sick after having it all. I don't think I'll be having it again or buying the products - seemed pretty pricy.
The wellness assessment was cool. Magic scales - not really, but they were very impressive.Bioeletrical. Told me my weight, BMI, bone density, total fat %, visceral fat level, muscle mass, water, calorie needs, and the age my body thought it was.
When I saw the age on the scale I was shocked. 40. I'm 25.
Not sure how accurate these kind of things are, probably would change if I had down a few bottles of water beforehand. Whatever the case, it motivated me further to get healthy.
