I've not been on Spark regularly in months and I think it's been a bad thing. I have not stuck to my plans at all. So now I'm working back from square one. First plan of action is less pop, more water. I've done pretty well with that so far. Today is the first full day of no pop in awhile and I'm feeling it! I'm hoping that by eliminating the pop and increasing the water will help decrease my headaches. Next I'm going to work on cutting out the fast food and adding in more fruits and vegetables.
I'm still very stressed and I'm hoping that after certain parts of it have been eliminated, that will help me to reach my goals. My ex-boyfriend still lives with me and is still unemployed. Work has been swamped and I'm still a temp with no benefits. Both of these have just shot my stress through the roof. I'm working at finding ways to reduce my stress, but it's been very difficult. They eye ticks are the worst!!
