I am writing this update tonight at a member's request as she says she has missed me (Hello, MASTERCARE).

Anyway as of right now I am settled in to my new apartment and due to that have slowly been rather reluctantly gaining weight back.

I have re-gained about eleven pounds from my lowest weight of one hundred and fifteen pounds and what I had today for lunch did not help matters any at all...


I am in need of help to replan and reprioritize.

    When I moved it took me a whole year to get back on track. The sooner the better.

    Ok, once in awhile we slip up, no big deal. You just start again tomorrow. Make at least one better choice for one meal tomorrow and do some kind of exercise, even if it's just a short walk. Then as you go through the week just worry about eating healthier food everyday and then worry about portion control. You can do this remember YOU ARE WORTH IT!!!
