We've gotten a bit of colder weather here today, but not as bad as the west. All that snow. All that rain. Got some packing done yestarday, and some done today. I also need to start doing some cleaning. I'm glad it's only a three room apartment, and not a whole house.
Last week did pretty well on my goals, and got them all done. Didn't do too well on the walking goals. I stayed within my calorie range though 6 of the 7 days, and stayed below the 2000 mark all 7 days.
My goals for this week are:
90 minutes of writing
90 minutes of reading
90 minutes of housework
60 minutes of strength training
180 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 or under the 2000 mark
My goals for Monday are
15 minutes of writing
15 minutes of reading
15 minutes of housework
10 minutes of strength training
30 minutes of cardio
staying within my calorie range of 1230 to 1580 calories or under the 2000 mark
spending at least 30 minutes on Spark people tracking food and exercise.
