So I tracked my food and came in under 2,000 calories most days this week. HOWEVER, I gained 1 pound. *sigh* BUT I wasn't able to exercise after Tuesday because I fell at work and injured my pelvis and lower back and I've been off work and off of exercising ever since.
So the plan for this week is to stay the course. I am not feeling like I can go back to work tonight and like I might have to go to the ER for my pain...I'm going to continue tracking with my goal being to come in under 1800 calories a day this week. I decided on Monday of this past week that it was more doable for me to back off of eating so much than to go completely cold turkey. So now for some motivation!
