I went off the grid today with my food intake. I thought. I just entered everything I ate today in my food tracker. It turns out that I met most of my goals! I can actually eat another 200 calories and still be within my goal limit.
Feeling guilty about my 'binge', I took a walk around the block with my dog Max. He makes me move quickly! I got in a 10 minute walk which is 10 min. more than I was going to do today.
Yesterday I did well on all counts.
I am encouraged to know that, even sub-consciously, I really want to succeed this time. I think I have it in me to do this!
