I went off the grid today with my food intake. I thought. I just entered everything I ate today in my food tracker. It turns out that I met most of my goals! I can actually eat another 200 calories and still be within my goal limit. emoticon

Feeling guilty about my 'binge', I took a walk around the block with my dog Max. He makes me move quickly! I got in a 10 minute walk which is 10 min. more than I was going to do today. emoticon

Yesterday I did well on all counts. emoticon emoticon

I am encouraged to know that, even sub-consciously, I really want to succeed this time. I think I have it in me to do this! emoticon emoticon

    Sounds like even with out realizing it, you have internalized your limits and made coices that kept you in bounds! Good Job...good for you with the walking, too. emoticon
