Been Awhile

It's been awhile since I've written a blog. I have barely been on here other than to do the spinning wheel. I feel so guilty. I have resulted back to junk food and not working out again :/ I was walking a lot but I got bored of it so I have to find some more workouts to do from home. My weight ranges anywhere from 119 to 125 (right now on the higher side). I have been super bloated because of all the junk which is making me more depressed. Other than that things are going well. How are things going with everyone? Hope everyone is having success! I need to get back on track so badly. Any motivation appreciated :) Thanks!

    Glad to see you back you are still doing a great job and have kept off a lot of weight. Don't get to down on yourself! Try to get back active start by doing things you enjoy doing. It will help with the depression and the motivation.

    Is it affecting your kids? That's what helps me stay on track or stop bad habits and bingeing..... I do NOT want my kids to develop the bad habits I have had for decades. My daughter is already going through a chubby phase and I know part of that was me letting them have "treats" every day this summer. We are trying to get back on track as a family with healthy eating and daily activity. :)

I would see if you can incorporate more time into the trackers? Maybe that will help you stay away from the junk food & will help you work out more often! New goals seem to help!

    Love the picture. Hey, you're back before the scale has moved too much. I'm struggling to stay on track too. I do enough to maintain, but not lose. I need to get motivated too! We've done this before, we can do it again. emoticon

    Welcome back :) I wouldn't be too worried if I were you about your weight (125 isn't bad at all!) and you look good in that pic. Just realizing that you need to cut back on the junk is a good first step.

If walking s boring, try mixing in jogging with the walks. Or try jump roping or hula hooping.

    You look wonderful! I hope that you can find what motivates you. I like to search motivation on google and get all the pics I can on it. Then every Saturday, or Sunday this week, I write an accountability blog and put those in it too. Hope that helps!
