It's been awhile since I've written a blog. I have barely been on here other than to do the spinning wheel. I feel so guilty. I have resulted back to junk food and not working out again :/ I was walking a lot but I got bored of it so I have to find some more workouts to do from home. My weight ranges anywhere from 119 to 125 (right now on the higher side). I have been super bloated because of all the junk which is making me more depressed. Other than that things are going well. How are things going with everyone? Hope everyone is having success! I need to get back on track so badly. Any motivation appreciated :) Thanks!
