Ran 9 easy miles in the morning.
Biked 18 miles in the afternoon.
Run was shorter and slower than planned as my running companion was tired. Bike was nice except for a ton of gnats brought out by the humidity.
Ran 12.6 miles in the morning. About 9:00 pace for half then ran with different people at a slower pace for the second half. Very humid but nice people to run with.
Biked 9.5 miles after the run. That was enough.
Walked 1 mile.
Did weights at the gym. My first time there in about a month.
I'm pleased with the weekend. Now I just need the Pirates to win today. They are up 2-0 but Cardinals are threatening.
