Yesterday I celebrated my 61st birthday. It was the first time since 2000 that I celebrated at under 130 pounds! Though I'd love to lose another ten, I am at a healthy number and have recently been concentrating on maintaining. I continue to make poor decisions at times. Yesterday, for example, I didn't exercise enough and I definitely over ate. Oops! I am eager to see what this year will bring in health and fitness. Life is good!
