Well I just looked at my reports over the last year (since 10/10/12) and it is not so pretty!!
I have gained on most measurements and weight........like a 24 lb. weight gain (ouch that hurt to say!)
So it is time for me to reevaluate things and really get serious. So today so far I have done some strength training..........only 11 minutes worth but it is a start! I am also gonna go for a walk and mow the lawn! I need to set some workout goals for the rest of the week. My refrigerator is very bare and payday isn't until next Friday
so I will have to watch portions as most everything in the cupboard is a bit fattening right now!
(Pause) Well I just double checked the cupboards and I fibbed!
There are a dozen cans of progresso soups (light version) so I have at least one healthy meal a day! Oh and look there....oatmeal, some canned fruit and veggies!!
Not the absolutely best choices but better than the potato chips and cookies that have been a constant and daily choice lately!
Onward and downward to us all!!!! Charge forward!!!
