Stuff was happening and I just ate away

Last week my boyfriend moved away. He'll be a long train ride away for the next 6 months. He's living with his parents again due to work stuff .. I visited him and his parents from Thursday until today. we probably ate too much and I didn't find time to get my workout in (because I wanted to spent as much time as possible with him. My plan is not to weigh myself until next friday and get workouts in every day until then so to have my weekend for my boyfriend alone ^^

Not so a pleasant surprise today: for the me last year I've been eating Coach Deans blue oatmeal breakfast almost ever day. I kind of was surprised because it's such a huge portion but I stuck with it and it helped my loose weight and it kept me full. Today I realised that, for a year, I've been eating a double portion but was logging only one *headdesk*
