Sunday: Cranberry porkchops with salad and rice emoticon

Monday: Lentil/Veggie Stew and garlic beer bread emoticon

Tuesday: Beef/Pork/Veggie soup with noodles

Wednesday: Fend for Yourself night

Thursday: Baked fish and spinach/feta quinoa

Friday: TBD, maybe out

Saturday: Fend for Yourself night

Lunch ideas:
For DH: Left overs, frozen soup stash
For Me: Left overs, smoothie and fruit
