In the past 2 weeks I ahve made a unique discovery. (At least for myself) I know some of you will tell me... "This is nothing new I use this all the time" But, hey! It's my thing.

A male friend who has Myasthenia gravis told me of his whife was out of town and found a bag of "Atomic Fireball Jawbreakers" in her hotel room in a bag and she brought them home for him. He brought up that After sucking one he felt very alive, stronger and his drooping eyes were wide open. The main working ingredient in this candy is Capsicum. The same substance found in Chile's and Jalapenos aka: Mexican foods.

I've always been afraid of the extra hot mild stuff and shied away from it. But these past 2 weeks I ahve been adding the green chile's (de-seeded & chopped) to Tacos, chili, barley Jambalaya, meat loaf and soups. Once a day it's in one of my meals even scrambled egg.

End result??? My immune system has had a surprising boost. I'v feeling great. I just got back from a 1 mile walk.

I just had to share.

You can have my share of anything hot, with the exception of Kurt Russel and Pierce Brosnan. Glad it works for you..

Pat, I just checked out the capsules on and they are very reasonably pric

ed. Sold under the name Cayenne but it says Capsicum.

The food I have been making is tolerable. Not really hot in taste yet there's that tiny sting on the tongue. I don't like spicey hot foods normally.
