Happy Fall

I am back - gearing up for the fall challenge, wanting to lose a bit more weight! I stopped losing when I lost dad... however, I have maintained what I lost...

I am working through my grief, getting back on track... working out with Coach Nicole - eating healthy.

I go see my kidney doctor on Tuesday - I know my numbers are not as good as a year ago... I have been doing too much (school 54 hours + a week is not good for the kidney health), not sleeping well (most nights it is between 3-5 hrs unless I take a sleeping pill) not a habit I want to develop! and eating on the gooooooooooooooo... changing all that in the last few weeks!

My journey did not stop, but I took one of those detours... working my way back!

See you on the message boards and such!

Considering everything you are going through, it's great that you have maintained. That's an accomplishment.

I am really sorry about your Dad. Been there, done that, and know how it just leaves a ...hole.

Take care of yourself - you're the only one that can. How much more school do you have?

Nothing wrong with falling down every once in awhile, as long as you get back up!
