Spark coach has me re-evaluating my life, to see what I would do if I found an extra hour. I've contemplated this before, and have a potential schedule that allows me to get it all accomplished, and met my goals. The problem is that I sabatage myself. First, I don't wake up at 6am, refusing to get out of bed to make the kids breakfast, start laundry and spark. I crawl out of bed at the last minute and take the kid to school. Second, I skip the gym and go back to bed, rushing to get to work on time an hour later. There's my extra hour. If I can get up at 6, make the bed, I would have time to spark, go to the gym, keep laundry going, and get to work on time. That's my goal for the week.
