I think that my exercise program is sorely lacking strength training. I do PiYo, which I tell myself is enough because there's a lot of body-weight exercises, but I don't think it's really enough.
A couple of Sundays ago I decided to try the group weightlifting class, BodyPump, again. I went once or twice a long time ago and didn't like its quick transitions.
With more group classes under my belt, I felt more comfortable with the transitions. I like how much better I've gotten at Step and PiYo, and think it would be great to improve in BodyPump too!
