I think I must have been on the longest plateau ever. You all probably know too well how it goes, but this one just did not add up. I was exercising, eating the right foods, and drinking my water, but still not losing weight. Still, I had promised myself when I started this that I would not give up.
I noticed that their was a Plateau Busting Program offered with SparkCoach. So, I decided to try it and follow all the advice to a "T". When the time came that I had to step on the scale, to my delight the scale moved. For the next three times I stepped on he scale it registered that I had lost weight. So now I think I can safely say I broke through my plateau.--eight more pounds down. Yay for me!
This weekend I rewarded myself not with food but by getting my nails done. I feel good and I want to make this feeling last as long as I can. I have lots more weight to lose and I now I know I really can do it!
